What should you do?

1. Pack the parcel securely to avoid damage during transit. Don't forget to include all rented items, accessories or clothing parts. Hangers, special boxes, branded bags or our reusable packaging (if you received the items in these) must also be returned.

2. Choose your preferred parcel service locker: Omniva, LP Express or DPD.

3. At the locker, follow the on-screen instructions and send the return to: OMNIVA - Juodasis kelias 32, Vilnius (Orlen gas station), LP EXPRESS or DPD - Juodasis kelias 34, Vilnius (Lidl).

4. Recipient phone number +370 (656) 68 828 .

5. Make sure the returned parcel reaches us no later than final day of your rental period.

6. Return shipping costs are covered by the sender.

Small rental items can be returned via a parcel locker convenient for you.
